| A soothing, aloe vera and spring water based lotion has been blended with a range of essential oils to produce a 100% natural, yet extremely effective midge repellent. All of the ingredients have been carefully chosen for their ability to repel the midge and yet not hurt sore skin. It also complies fully with the latest HSE approvals and does not contain citronella, tea tree or alcohol.
Today’s equine market is huge, but anyone with a sweet itch horse knows how important it is to not use harsh chemicals and soaps on the skin as this can lead to an extremely agitated and distressed horse. Flint’s Remedy was awarded funding and support from the University of Plymouth’s Research and Development team. This enabled the lotion to be sampled and trialled by some of the equine owners who use a well known veterinary practice in South Devon. The results of this trial revealed that 95% of the people would be happy to purchase Flint’s Remedy and of those, 83% said it was better or much better in performance compared to other brands they had used before. 250ml of lotion in a recyclable, plastic bottle with a handy pump dispenser.
